Have u ever been in a Home Depot and been unable to find an employee to help u? Me too! So annoying! Here's the GOOD NEWS: the Home Depot in Dripping Springs has great customer service. I've been to this location twice in the last week and both times an employee approached me to offer help. Such a breath of fresh air! Thank you Dripping Home Depot! Keep up the good work.

Ordered online 8 bags of stuff - 2 each of mulch, pea stone, water softener salt, and top soil from opposite sides of the store. PayPal'd it, and when I got to the store about an hour later (after I'd received an email and text saying it was ready to pick up), went to the customer service desk to sign for the order, and bingo! They asked me drive my car down to building materials and someone would load up my purchase. Done and done. Now, I did this on a Tuesday so Saturday may be different but they make the effort to get you on your way quickly.
